Pray for our 2024 Pastor’s and Youth Conferences
We are excited for our current Pastors - and new this year Youth conferences - currently happening at Karanda
The first event was held Saturday February 24th at Karanda.Approximately 70 or so youth were expected - and the Lord blessed us with 550youth. Praise God 122 of the young people made a first-time profession of faith!
Please keep Pastor Chris Robb from Canada as he is leading these conferences along with a Praise and Worship Team of local Youth. In total there are three more youth conferences scheduled in nearby communities between now and the end of the week.
Pastors Conferences to begin Thursday
The annual Pastors conferences begin on February 29th. Last year over 600 Pastors and spouses attended the conference in 6 different nearby including the final event at Karanda. This year we are Pastor Jeremy Thommy,and a team of local Pastors are leading the events, and we are praying for 700attendees. The Karanda Praise and Worship team will again be leading worship.The one-day conferences include three sessions of teaching and small group discussion. image with a photo related to or associated with the news. The themes for this year’s conferences are “Faithful to Your Calling“ and “Are you Ready?”
New Praise and Worship Conference
This year we also adding a Praise and Worship Conference on Thursday March 7th. The conference will also include a teaching session on the Biblical aspects of worship, small interactive workshop sessions, and vocal training led by Rose Thommy.
Harare Theological Seminary Graduation
On Friday March 8th there will be a graduation ceremony at Karanda for 15 local graduates of the Seminary. Please be in prayer for these graduates and the ministry opportunities that God has planned for them.
